Revision - Between Tradition and Invention

Jewellery students from five selected universities in the Czech Republic, Germany, Poland, and Slovakia were tasked with transforming historical Art Nouveau and Art Deco costume jewellery into contemporary, bold fashion accessories. Visitors can look forward to unique costume jewellery prototypes that combine traditional craftsmanship with innovative materials and the personal stories of the individual designers. The project involves the Technical University of Liberec, the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen, the German Hochschule Trier, the Polish Academy of Fine Arts in Wrocław, and the Slovak Academy of Fine Arts in Bratislava.

The exhibition premiered on June 25, 2026, at Villa Bengel in Idar-Oberstein, Germany, where it was on display until September 25, 2026.
