How to find us
The Museum of Glass and Jewellery in Jablonec nad Nisou is situated in the north of the Czech Republic, ca 100 km from Prague and 12 km from Liberec. The main museum building is in the historical and cultural centre of Jablonec nad Nisou, not far from the Dolní náměstí square which is a meeting point of all city bus lines. The museum is also quite near to the central bus station. Visitors coming by car should follow the information navigation system in which our museum has number 84 (yellow navigation signs with numbers along the street). There is a paid car park (Ovocný trh) ca 200 m from the museum. From here, you will reach the museum following the signs for pedestrians.

The museum is adapted for wheelchairs. There is a door suitable for wheelchairs ca 15 meters from the main entrance and an elevator and toilette in the entrance hall.
It is not allowed to smoke in the museum. It is not allowed to take pictures or video unless permitted by the museum staff. Your pets can wait for you at the entrance. Information on accommodation, restaurants, sights etc. is available at Infocentrum in the Jablonec town hall.

Museum shop
There is a self-service café and a museum shop in the entrance hall, offering glass and costume jewellery assortment, publications on exhibitions, catalogues, post cards and promotion material.
